I am having
problems placing an order at your on-line store?
- Your browser must be able to support a
"secure" 128-bit connection (SSL connection) to shop at our
store. Check your browser settings and make sure you have
"cookies" and "java-script" enabled. A
"cookie" allows you to place more than one item in the shopping
cart and "java-script" allows you to utilize drop-down fields.
Also, be sure to use the "Return to Store" button found on the
shopping cart page to continue shopping. If you are still having problems,

How long do
you take to ship an order?
- Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after you
payment clears. (Most orders ship within 24 hours!)
Why is insurance required on all orders?
- In order to keep our cost low and pass the savings on to you, we require insurance on all orders in the rare event that something does happens to your order during shipment neither you nor us will lose any money on getting a replacement order reshipped.
What if I don’t like what I have purchased?
- We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee no questioned asked! So if it not what you think it should be, or anything else just return it for a refund (Shipping & Insurance is not refunded). See our store policies page for complete details.
The
tracking information for my order says "The U.S. Postal Service was
electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on xx/xx/200x to
expect your package for mailing." Did my order ship?
- Yes, your order did ship. The link that you receive
from us is a Delivery Confirmation number and not a tracking number. In
most cases you will not see any updates until actual delivery which will
include the date, zip code and the time your order was delivered.
Do you ship
to International?
- Yes, contact us for international shipping rates as what is shown during checkout may not be correct.
Where all have you shipped too?
What forms of payments do you accept?
- We accept the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, Google checkout and personal/business checks. Sorry, but we no longer accept Money orders due to high fraudulent risk involved, thanks for understanding.
How can I verify that Sovereign Control is a legit Company and I will get what I pay for?
- We can say all we want that we are a honest, friendly and trust worthy company and leave it at that or we could just prove it to you.
